*We do not provide visa invitation letters for an accompanying person.

Payment of registration fees, name changes and cancellation
Payment Methods:
The online registration platform is a secured site on which you can pay by credit card. Please note that VISA, MasterCard and AMEX are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email.
Should you be unable to process the payment by credit card, you may contact the Congress Organizer (MCI The Netherlands) via email at WSAVA-registration@wearemci.com to request payment by bank transfer.
Name change
An administrative fee of 30 USD will apply for each name change request submitted before [date] (23:59 CET). After this date, the fee will increase to 100 USD. To request a name change, please notify the Congress Organizer via email at WSAVA-registration@wearemci.com.
Please note that the new participant will need to take over all booked program items of the originally registered participant.
Registration cancellation conditions
Cancellation must be done in writing to WSAVA-registration@wearemci.com, and confirmed by the Congress Organizer. The following cancellation fees apply for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, visa issues, travel disruptions, or force majeure events beyond the control of the participant or the Congress Organizer:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
– In case of cancellation before or on [date] (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be fully refunded.
– In case of cancellation from [date] (23:59 CEST) to [date] (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 50% as penalty charge.
– As [date] (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.
Note: In case of cancellation at any stage, the Bank transfer admission fee (30 USD) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
